“One of my favorite features of Zensus is the HubSpot integration. Zensus automatically synced with HubSpot. It was plugged directly in,”
The problem
The balance tells you today. Every decision is about week six.
Whether you run the company or advise it, the cash flow forecast still comes from exports and a spreadsheet that's out of date by Friday.

of small business owners say one late payment made it hard to cover payroll or bills in the past year.
A balance is a number. The question is a date, and it moves every time a customer pays late.

When does the annual contract actually land?
Zensus reads billing terms from QuickBooks and HubSpot, so a $164,200 annual invoice shows up in the week it hits your bank, not as twelve equal slices.
Why annual contracts and cash disagree →Where did this number come from?
Open any week to see every transaction behind it, which system it came from and what changed since last week. Your accountant can check it without asking you.
How the QuickBooks integration works →Can we afford the December hire?
Type the decision in plain words. Zensus adds it as a scenario and shows every week's balance next to your current plan.
Test a hire in the runway calculator →Tell me before cash drops below $250K.
Set a floor once. If any future week dips under it, Zensus posts to Slack with the date, the amount and the cause.
How Slack alerts work →
Everything stays in sync.
Your sources stream through Zensus so the forecast never goes stale.
Plaid bank feeds and HubSpot arrive by webhook and QuickBooks syncs daily. Zensus normalizes the transactions into clean vendor names, keeps your zero-cash date current and sends Slack alerts.

§ Forecastr lists CRM integrations on its $10,000/year Growth plan, and a built-in AI chatbot whose scope its public pages do not describe.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Zensus.
9 questions
No. You can connect your bank account directly via Plaid, connect QuickBooks, sync your HubSpot subscriptions, or use any combination. No single integration is required to get started.
Yes. Zensus syncs your HubSpot subscriptions (including annual and quarterly contracts) so your cash flow projections reflect when revenue actually hits your bank, not just flat monthly estimates.
A few minutes. Connect your bank or QuickBooks with one click, and your cash flow forecast is calculated instantly. No manual data entry.
Anything about your finances. Examples: "When will I run out of cash?", "Can I afford to hire two engineers?", "What if we lose our largest annual contract?", "What happens with 5% monthly churn?", "What if we switch a client from monthly to annual billing?"
Yes. Zensus watches your 30-day projection and sends a Slack alert when a sync shows it dropping below a threshold you set. Alerts are checked after every sync and once a day. It re-alerts on material change (if the breach moves a week earlier or your projected low drops by 10%, at least $1,000), and you can snooze or adjust your threshold directly from Slack.
Bank transactions from Plaid and invoices and subscriptions from HubSpot arrive by webhook when they change. QuickBooks syncs once a day. Every source also refreshes when you open Zensus if its data is more than an hour old, and you can trigger a manual sync at any time. Your cash flow forecast recalculates after each sync.
Yes. Integration tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage, and all stored data is encrypted at rest on AWS. Your bank and QuickBooks credentials are never stored on our servers; they stay with Plaid and Intuit. Every request is tied to your signed-in user, and your data is filtered by that user.
You do. One named Zensus admin can also open a one-hour support session on an account, which needs a second factor and a written reason, and is logged. Your financial data is never sold or used to train AI models, and every account is separate.
Zensus Pro is $199 a month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. It includes every integration (Plaid, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Slack), real-time cash flow, scenario modeling, and alerts.
